t Wild Tree Bee Company, we pack and ship every order with care. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your honey ships.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or harvest releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

Expedited Shipping: Options and timelines will be shown at checkout when available
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Food Product Handling
Honey is a shelf-stable food product and ships at ambient temperature. We take reasonable precautions during packing to protect your order during transit.
Please note that natural crystallization, color variation, or texture changes are normal and do not indicate spoilage or damage.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Wild Tree Bee Company is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at [your support email]. We’ll help investigate and work toward a reasonable resolution.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Satisfaction Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.
