Harvested during the height of Southern California's sunflower bloom, this small-batch release is brilliant gold in the jar and naturally rich in glucose, giving it the remarkable ability to crystallize into a thick, smooth, spreadable honey over time. It's one of the few varietals that becomes just as enjoyable after crystallization as it is fresh from the extractor.

On the palate, Sunflower opens with delicate floral notes before giving way to an unmistakable candy-like sweetness balanced by fresh honeycomb and soft vanilla. While our bees naturally forage surrounding wildflowers, the sunflower bloom defines this harvest with its cheerful character and clean finish.
