A rare, highly seasonal honey gathered from raspberry blossoms in Washington State. A raspberry patch flowers for only a brief two week window each year, creating a remarkably short opportunity for bees to work the nectar and for this distinctive varietal honey to be produced. It’s a honey found primarily in raspberry-growing regions of the Pacific Northwest and one we rarely encounter in California.

This raspberry honey is luminous golden-amber, remarkably clear, and immensely smooth, with bright floral notes and an unmistakable raspberry character. Nothing has been added to create that flavor. No fruit, infusions, extracts, or flavorings, just pure honey made from raspberry bloom.
