Born in the coastal mountains of Southern California, Coastal Bloom is gathered where rugged canyon slopes meet cool Pacific air. Here, our bees work an exceptional nectar flow across Southern California's rugged coastal chaparral, gathering from fragrant hillside wildflowers that thrive where cool Pacific air meets sun-warmed mountain slopes. While each season brings its own blend of native blooms, the surrounding landscape gives every harvest its unmistakably coastal character.

The result is a honey that is remarkably smooth and beautifully balanced. Delicate white floral notes lead into warm honeycomb and soft vanilla before finishing with a clean, elegant sweetness that lingers without becoming heavy. Rich in texture yet surprisingly bright, it reflects the cool marine influence that shapes this extraordinary landscape.
