Wildflower is our most expressive harvest, a true reflection of the season it was gathered. Produced in the rugged inland valleys of Southern California, this honey is shaped not by a single bloom, but by the ever-changing mosaic of native wildflowers that flourish with each year's unique pattern of rainfall, sunshine, and temperature. No two harvests are ever exactly alike.

This season's honey is rich and full-bodied, opening with warm floral notes before revealing hints of toasted grain, soft caramel, and remarkable depth. Pollen-rich and beautifully complex, it rewards slow tasting, with new layers emerging as the honey lingers on the palate.

Like every Wild Tree harvest, Wildflower is raw, never blended, and never filtered. It isn't designed to taste the same year after year, it's meant to preserve a single California season exactly as the bees experienced it.

Once these jars are gone, this harvest can never be recreated.

Our honey is 100% raw, never blended and never filtered. Small flecks of wax, pollen, or propolis may appear naturally, reflecting its minimal processing and authentic character.  Because it comes straight from the bloom and season it was gathered, natural variations in color and texture are to be expected—and celebrated.
