At Wild Tree Bee Company, we stand fully behind the quality of our honey. Every jar is raw, unfiltered, and harvested with care. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
Food Product Policy
Because honey is a perishable food product, we do not accept physical returns of opened jars.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at taste@wildtreebeecompany.com and include:

We will offer a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re unhappy with your honey for any reason—flavor, texture, or experience—reach out within 14 days of delivery. While we cannot accept returns on opened food products, we will work with you to provide a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
We don’t believe in keeping money for something you don’t enjoy.
Shipping Issues
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if something seems off, contact us—we’re happy to help investigate and find a reasonable solution.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
